Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

bo33 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. Accepted documents include: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Currency and Conversion

bo33 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions will be displayed and settled in Taka.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bo33 have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (15 times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per account
• Bonus claims may have a specific expiry period — the bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date
• bo33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer
• In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in account closure

5.4 VIP Program

bo33's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. Detailed terms of VIP benefits will be communicated via bo33 announcements.

6. Gaming Rules

The bo33 platform offers various types of gaming services. Each game has its own specific rules, which can be found in the information section of the relevant game before play begins.

• Every betting or gameplay decision is entirely your own responsibility
• In the event of a game being interrupted due to a technical error, bo33 will assist in resolving the issue
• If evidence of result manipulation in a game is found, the relevant account will be closed and winnings will be voided
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, the bet will be refunded
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final

11. Account Closure and Suspension

bo33 may immediately suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Registration using false information
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Age requirement not met

11.2 Closed by User

You can voluntarily close your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw available funds before the account is closed (excluding bonuses if wagering requirements have not been met).

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

bo33 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through platform notifications.
